Whenever travelers explain visiting Sicily, they almost always use the word “colorful” to describe the Mediterranean town. The buildings look like watercolor paintings.
First stop was the Cathedral (Duomo).
The Cathedral was destroyed by the volcano eruption that occurred a century ago, and was rebuilt with the same materials and techniques as the original structure.
